Recipe Tindora Sabzi:

Ingredients: Heat oil in a saucepan until very hot, and add the cumin and mustard seeds. Add the aesofoetida and tindora and cook with the seasoned oil for 3mins. Cover and continue to cook for further 5mins before adding the remaining ingredients.

Leave to simmer for 5mins finish by garnishing with flaked Ginger.
